Throughout the season we will be updating this link with infomation that will be useful to our 2009 coaches.

Pitch count updates for 2009
61 pitches or more – 4 calendar days of rest must be observed
41-60 pitches – 3 calendar days of must be observed
21-40 pitches – 2 calendar day of rest
1-20 pitches – no rest days required.

NOTE: A pitcher who delivers 41 or more pitches in a game cannot play the position of catcher for the remainder of that day.
