Coaches Corner

Throughout the season we will be updating this link with infomation that will be useful to our 2008 coaches.

Pitch count updates for 2008
61 pitches or more – 3 calendar days of rest and a game
41-60 pitches – 2 calendar days of rest and a game
21-40 pitches – 1 calendar day of rest
1-20 pitches – no rest days required.

NOTE: A pitcher who delivers one or more pitches in a game cannot play the position of catcher for the remainder of that day.
